Mr. South was born in Jerome, Idaho in 1960. He received his B.S. from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah in 1984. He received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from J. Reuben Clark School of Law, Brigham Young University in 1988.

We promote early evaluation and assessment of cases to achieve early resolution or disposition if possible. When trial is unavoidable, our clients are represented by an experienced litigation team.
